How To Watch: Tennessee vs. Florida
Everything is going well for the Tennessee Volunteers, but they have been in this position before. They were briefly among college basketball's elite before losing a heartbreaking game against Kentucky.
They spent the past four games climbing back and are now the No. 2 team in the AP Poll. The Volunteers are also the No. 1 SEC team, leapfrogging Alabama, who lost to an unranked Oklahoma squad.
The next objective is surpassing Purdue. They need the Boilermakers to slip up for that to happen, and in the meantime can only control playing winning basketball. Tennessee's next challenge is the Florida Gators (12-9).
Florida is 5-4 in SEC play and is coming off a close loss to No. 5 Kansas State. They have lost some tough out-of-conference games but are staying competitive in SEC games.
Meanwhile, the Volunteers are on a three-game winning streak in SEC play after losing to the Wildcats. They have thrived at creating runs toward the end of halves to propel them to wins.
