2026 four-star quarterback Faizon Brandon (Grimsely, N.C.) saw the Tennessee Volunteers once again over the weekend.

As Vols fans welcomed back volunteer football over the weekend, Tennessee football also welcomed back Grimsley High School quarterback Faizon Brandon. Brandon has been to Tennessee at least five times over the past year and has them on his shortlist of favorites. According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Brandon ranks as the No. 46 prospect in the 2026 class.

After numerous visits and a scholarship offer in June, Brandon returned to Knoxville for Tennessee's Orange and White spring game, where he had "a great time being back" in Knoxville. The 6-4, 194-pound gunslinger is coming off a dominant season. Brandon led his team to an undefeated regular season with 35 passing touchdowns and nine rushing scores while leading Grimsley High School to a state championship appearance. The Volunteers already boast a young and highly talented quarterback room led by Nico Iamaleava.

With the addition of an elite quarterback such as Brandon in 2026, Tennessee would be in a favorable position to retain its reputation as having one of college football's most dangerous quarterback rooms.
