Jordan Carter Visits Tennessee Vols

2026 edge rusher Jordan Carter (Douglasville, Ga.) was in Knoxville, Tennessee, this week to see the Tennessee Volunteers.
Douglas County High School edge rusher Jordan Carter is a national name. If you're a national name as a pass rusher, there's a good chance that Tennessee defensive line coach Rodney Garner will be involved in your recruitment. Garner delivered Carter his Tennessee offer last June and got Carter to campus in November for a game visit.
Carter made his second trip to Knoxville, Tennessee, this week alongside his high school teammate, wide receiver Aaron Gregory. Both are early talents worth knowing in the 2026 class, and the Vols are quite interested in each. Carter logged 84 tackles, 13 for loss, and 15 sacks. He ranks as the No. 16 prospect in the 2026 recruiting cycle, according to the On3 Industry Rankings.
He holds 24 offers after his sophomore season, highlighted by programs like Auburn Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and USC. Carter has also made a trip to see the Auburn Tigers this offseason and could schedule several more.
