The redshirt freshman is quickly emerging as a leader on and off the field

Redshirt freshman Keondre Coburn is quickly becoming a team leader both on and off the field. 

The defensive tackle is coming off one of his best games of the season, where he was a huge part of holding a high-powered Kansas State rushing attack to less than 60 yards on the ground. 

The Wildcats also didn't convert a third down the entire second half. 

Coburn was mic'd up for practice this week as the Longhorns prep for a crucial road trip to 5-4 Iowa State.
