Yet another sophomore wideout has been added to the Bruins' recruiting board.

UCLA football has sent class of 2025 wide receiver Talyn Taylor an offer, the Geneva Community High School (IL) product announced Tuesday on Twitter. The 6-foot, 165-pound prospect now has his first offer from a team on the West Coast.

Taylor has other offers from Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan State, Illinois, Purdue, Miami (OH), Syracuse, Notre Dame, Michigan, Miami (FL), Georgia, Tennessee, Kansas State, Kansas, Louisville, Nebraska and Utah.

Taylor unofficially visited Minnesota, Michigan State and Iowa last summer, and he took gameday visits to Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan State and Georgia in the fall. This spring, he's made it out to Notre Dame, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia.

In just nine games for Geneva Community last season, Taylor went for 660 yards and eight touchdowns on 45 receptions, also returning 11 punts and seven kickoffs. Taylor converted on his breakout season by making First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Area.

After getting an invite to the Rivals Camp Series in Cincinnati on April 23, Taylor also picked up an invitation to the 2023 Elite 11 Finals in Los Angeles from June 14-16.

Taylor is a four-star recruit, according to 247Sports, Rivals, ESPN and On3. In the 247Sports Composite, Taylor is ranked as the No. 2 player in Illinois, the No. 2 athlete in the country and the No. 58 overall prospect in his class.

If Taylor was designated as a wideout, he would rank No. 10 at his position. Taylor is the No. 1 receiver in the Midwest.

Taylor was one of four class of 2025 wide receivers that received an offer from UCLA on Tuesday, joining Raiden Vines-Bright, Phillip Bell III and Cooper Perry. Prior to that run, wide receivers coach Jerry Neuheisel hadn't offered a single pass-catcher for the upcoming cycle.

UCLA's staff has now sent out 17 offers to class of 2025 prospects, and it does not have a commitment from any of them. The Bruins' 2024 class sits at five members, ranking No. 39 in the country and No. 3 in the Pac-12, but it does not include any wide receivers at the moment.
