The conference schedule for the 2023-24 Pac-12 Conference was released earlier this week.

There are a number of notable matchups on the schedule in what's looking like the final season in existence for the conference.

Of course, with UCLA being the brand it is, many immediately look to see where the Bruins will play to kick off the conference slate.

To begin conference play, UCLA will go on the road to square off versus the Oregon schools. Normally, the contest in Eugene is quite daunting. Getting the Ducks early before they potentially gel is a benefit for the Bruins.

UCLA also gets the benefit of playing Colorado only once -- with the game taking place in Westwood. The Buffaloes figure to be one of the more talented teams in the league this season. Colorado also has a habit of playing UCLA rather toughly under the leadership of Tad Boyle.

Interestingly enough, UCLA also makes the road trip to the desert earlier in their schedule. The two-game slate featuring Arizona and Arizona State might be the toughest in the conference (next to the Mountain West schools and the LA schools).

Additionally, the rivalry between UCLA and Arizona is among the better ones in the league -- and it's unfortunately one we might not see in the future with UCLA going to the Big Ten, and Arizona to the Big-12.

Lastly, somewhat similar to most football years, UCLA will end its conference regular season slate against crosstown rival USC. The Trojans are entering this season with plenty of hype, especially with returning guard Boogie Ellis and incoming freshman Isaiah Collier. If Bronny James is able to get cleared health-wise, the interest in these particular games will be through the proverbial roof.
