Cori Close continues to do her thing as head coach of your UCLA Bruins women's basketball team.

A few days after announcing a stellar 2024 recruiting class, news broke about an elite 2025 prospect with some serious ties to the current team.

According to various sources, five-star forward Sienna Betts (class of 2025) has announced her commitment to UCLA. She became the first public commitment in the class of 2025 for Close and the Bruins.

If the name 'Betts' sounds familiar, it should. Sienna is the younger sister of current UCLA center Lauren Betts. The elder Betts transferred to UCLA from Stanford over the offseason. When she was a prep prospect out of Colorado, Betts was widely considered to be the No. 1 prospect in her class (2022).

Now, the sisters will have the opportunity to play with one another on the collegiate level. The younger Betts is ranked as the No. 3 prospect in the country for the class of 2025 by ESPN HoopGurlz Recruiting Rankings.

At 6'4", Sienna isn't quite as tall as her 6'7" sister. With that said, the forward has some truly impressive ball skills.

As shown in the video above, Sienna can attack with both hands off the dribble. Despite her impressive height, she plays the game with a fluidity often seen in much smaller, quicker players. A silky jumper also exists as a part of her diverse skill set.

Being the top-ranked forward in her class, Betts should have every opportunity to come in play right away when eligible. Close has no qualms over playing younger players, and the thought of pairing the Betts sisters together at the same time is truly a scary proposition for those tasked with trying to defend them.
