Nick Saban's daughter shares video of Alabama coach's retirement

Ex-Alabama football coach Nick Saban is taking it easy after retiring from the game

Everyone who goes into retirement has to find a way to re-orient their lives and move into a new rhythm, and it's no different for ex-Alabama football head coach Nick Saban.

Over the weekend, Saban's daughter gave us a brief look into her father's life in retirement, sharing a video of the 7-time national champion playing some tee-ball with his grandson, with the caption: "Hitting practice with Papaw."

While he's enjoying every moment he can with his family right now, eventually Saban will be back on the road once the college football season starts, as he signed on to join ESPN's flagship "College GameDay" program alongside the likes of Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso for this fall.

By joining the program, Saban will have a chance to impart some of his expertise of a game he has effectively mastered, building the premier dynasty arguably in the sport's history, winning six national championships at Alabama, building a recruiting behemoth and pipeline to the NFL.

And that means the Alabama sideline will look much different than it has since the 2007 season, as Kalen DeBoer takes over leading the Crimson Tide, standing in the biggest shadow the sport has ever produced, but building on a program that is as strong as they come.
