Jerry Rice's son makes highlight catch at Senior Bowl (Video)

After two seasons at Colorado and then two more at USC, wide receiver Brenden Rice — the son of Hall of Fame wideout Jerry Rice — is taking a chance on the NFL and so far at the annual Senior Bowl has been making a good impression.
Including on this athletic play during a practice on Tuesday as Rice separated from former Penn State defensive back Johnny Dixon and put himself in position to make his highlight play in the end zone.

Rice has one year of college football eligibility remaining, but elected to forego his senior season and enter the NFL in 2024.
That decision came after he enjoyed his career-best marks as a collegian with USC, catching 45 passes for 791 yards and scoring 12 touchdowns, all personal-highs.

Most projections and mock drafts currently expect Rice to launch his pro career as a Round 2 selection in the NFL Draft, although the 6-foot-3, 210-pound wide receiver has plenty of time to move himself up some draft boards with plays like this.
