The Miami Marlins beat the Houston Astros on Monday night by a score of 5-1 thanks to back-to-back-to-back home runs.

The blasts by Jorge Soler, Luis Arraez, and Josh Bell made some rare team history also.

Per ESPN Stats & Info:

Jorge Soler, Luis Arraez, and Josh Bell went back-to-back-to-back for Miami tonight.

It's just the second time it's happened in Marlins franchise history.

In 1998, Derrek Lee, Cliff Floyd, and Kevin Orie did it in the 9th inning to spark a 6-run comeback against the Cardinals.

The Marlins have existed since 1993 so this certainly is a rare feat, having happened just twice in 30 years.

For Soler, hitting home runs is nothing new. He's having a fantastic year in the power department. He now has 29 homers and 63 RBI to go along with a .244 batting average. He's hit 163 home runs in his career, which has spanned 10 years with the Cubs, Royals, Braves and Marlins. He won the World Series in the 2021 season with the Braves.

As for Arraez, he's having a fantastic year all around. Though he's fallen off the .400 batting average chase, he's hitting a robust .366. He now has five home runs and 58 RBI.

And Bell has been red-hot since joining the Marlins at the trade deadline. He has 16 home runs in total and has hit four in the last seven games.

The Marlins are now 63-57 and have won three straight. They lead the chase for the final wild card spot in the National League by 1.0 game over the Chicago Cubs and Cincinnati Reds.
