Kansas City Chiefs' Travis Kelce Throws Out Successful First Pitch at Kansas City Royals Game

In this story:
Super Bowl winning tight end Travis Kelce threw a successful first pitch on Monday night at the Kansas City Royals game.
This would not be a big deal if not for the fact that he threw a terrible first pitch at the Cleveland Guardians game earlier this season.
You can watch that pitch here, and watch Monday's pitch below in order to see the improvement:

It's cool to see Kelce hanging out at the Royals game, and it's certainly not the only connection between the two Kansas City-based franchises. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes is a part of the team's ownership group.
Considering Mahomes was also drafted in the MLB draft, and that his dad played in the majors, maybe Kelce got some tips from him before this first pitch attempt. It's one thing to embarrass yourself in Cleveland, but you can't embarrass yourself in the city that you play in, in front of all your home fans.
The two-time Super Bowl champion is a lock for the Pro Football Hall of Fame when his playing days are done.
He had 110 catches for 1,338 yards this past season and had 12 touchdowns as the Chiefs won the AFC West again and then got past the Jaguars, Bengals and Eagles to win the Super Bowl.
As for the Royals, they were beaten by the Cincinnati Reds on Monday by a score of 5-4 in 10 innings.
Reds rookie Elly De La Cruz continues to be the talk of the baseball world, making history again, despite going 0-5 at the plate.
The two teams will play again on Tuesday at 8:10 p.m. ET.
