The show will feature Tyson Fury and his wife, as well as his father John Fury, cousin Tommy Fury, and other members of the extended family. It looks to air roughly two months prior to Fury's next professional outing against lineal UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou on October 28.
"At Home With The Furys" looks to be light-hearted, with heavy reference to Fury's struggles against mental health.
A new trend is emerging with popular fighters receiving Netflix shows to keep their image in the public perception before big events. Irish MMA star Conor McGregor also penned a deal with Netflix to broadcast "McGregor Forever" back in May, which was a marketed success. McGregor was set to face-off against Michael Chandler later this year.
Israel Adesanya took center-stage in his own Biopic "Stylebender" which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 11. Let's see if Fury's show can follow the success of McGregor and Adesanya's endeavors, which each garnered positive ratings.
