ONE Championship kicked off its 2024 schedule when ONE Fight Night 18 took place at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. 

The main event saw Shamil Gasanov attempt to rebound from the first loss of his career when he took on South Korea’s Ho Taek Oh. “The Cobra” had an unbeaten start to his MMA career come to an end thanks to a nasty kneebar from Garry Tonon last July, but Gasanov returned to the win column with a unanimous decision victory over the South Korean.

The co-main event featured some 4 oz. Muay Thai action with a bantamweight matchup between Suablack Top Pran49 and Stefan Korodi. Suablack entered the night after an impressive 2023 where he stopped four opponents on ONE Friday Fights, and he extended that winning run when he took a unanimous decision over the debuting Korodi. 

The rest of the night featured plenty of other exciting action and included stoppage wins from South Korea's Won Il Kwon and Ji Won Kang, as well as a TKO victory for Artem Belakh when he took on Enkh-Orgil Baatarkhuu in a Muay Thai contest.
