Ohio State Star Tuimoloau Inks Shampoo NIL Deal
Star defensive lineman JT Tuimoloau will surprisingly return to Ohio State for the 2024 season and his senior season is expected to see him continuing to dominate just as he's done throughout his college career.
With the return, Tuimoloau has an opportunity for more NIL deals and his latest is a collaboration with The 1870 Society to create an everyday, clean and gentle shampoo.
This partnership is perfect as Tuimoloau has some of the best hair in college football.
The 1870 Collective is the premier NIL entity of Ohio State's football program. Ohio State's NIL is regarded as one of the top in the country.
When he is on the field, he can do it all for a loaded Ohio State defense. He posted 38 tackles and five sacks in the 2023 season, earning All-Big Ten for the second time.
Ohio State has one of the top transfer portal classes coming in for the 2024 season. Led by Julian Sayin and Caleb Downs, the Buckeyes are attempting to get back to the top after missing the College Football Playoffs during 2023-24.
With returning players and other potential additions, the expectation is for them to be one of the top teams in the country. Due to NIL funds, Ohio State can compete with any school in the country when it comes to recruiting.
