The University of Tennessee is one of the top athletic universities in the world. With nationally ranked basketball, football, and baseball programs, the Volunteers need all the help they can get when it comes to NIL deals.

Weigel's, an East Tennessee convenience store, has partnered with Tennessee athletes to bring their fans free drinks and more when their favorite athletes perform.

When Christian Moore of the baseball program hits a home run, fans get a free 24-ounce Coca-Cola product.

The same can be said for Karlyn Pickens of the softball team. If Pickens strikeouts out six hitters in a game, fans can take home a free 24-ounce Coca-Cola product.

Zakai Zeigler and Tess Darby of the basketball programs can earn cheaper gas. If they buy a 28-ounce Gatorade, they can earn twenty cents per gallon off at the gas pumps when either player hits three or more three-pointers in a game.

Tennessee's baseball program is known to have impressive NIL deals as the team continues to be a national powerhouse. With the likes of LSU, Vanderbilt, and others in the SEC, the baseball program needs it to compete with the top of their conference.

The same can be said for a basketball program that's currently ranked No. 5, a football program on the rise, and arguably the greatest women's basketball program in NCAA history.

As Tennessee continues to find NIL deals, ones that can help their fans out bring a different dynamic to most other NIL deals.

Getting fans involved is a great way to grow the fan base and help local businesses.
