Now, he will honor the team through the release of three sneakers that play off the Warriors’ iconic uniforms.
In honor of the Warriors' devoted fanbase and storied history, Stephen and Curry Brand, powered by Under Armour, are releasing the Curry 11, Curry 1 Retro, and UA Spawn FloTro in the fan-favorite "Dub Nation" colorway on Friday, December 15, on currybrand.com and in select UA Brand Houses. It all started with the UA Spawn FloTro. When deciding upon a sneaker company, Stephen asked his oldest daughter, Riley, to pick a shoe. After looking over the options, Riley chose the UA Spawn FloTro, and the rest is history.
The UA Spawn FloTro features a lightweight layered upper construction that offers support, breathability, and comfort. As with all FloTro styles, this is an updated build to meet the performance needs of today inspired by the past. FloTro delivers more traction, comfort, and control both on and off the court. The Curry 11 launched in October 2023 and marks the 11th iteration in Stephen Curry’s signature shoe portfolio with Under Armour. For the first time, the Curry 11 includes dual-density UA Flow technology, offering a softer top-loaded piece and providing ultimate comfort underneath.
The design also implements a segmented plate that helps athletes maintain stability throughout the midfoot and underfoot with more flexibility at the forefoot. Hoopers can expect plenty more fire colorways of the Curry 11 to be released over the next year, but the "Dub Nation" colorway is a must-have for loyal Warriors fans.
