Hulk Hogan's Wife Reportedly Preparing Medical Malpractice Lawsuit

Hulk Hogan passed away July 24 due to what forensic reports described as a "acute myocardial infarction," commonly known as a heart attack. An infarction is a blockage of blood supply to an organ or tissue.
His passing was shocking to fans considering how people like Jimmy Hart, Eric Bischoff, and Bubba The Love Sponge were giving updates on Hogan's health leading up to the death. To the greater wrestling community, the issues with Hogan did not appear to be as severe as they were until his passing.
The daughter of Hulk Hogan, Brooke Hogan, broke her silence on the passing using social media five days after it happened. She also spoke yesterday with TMZ and claimed she does not think any foul play contributed to her father's death.
While Brooke Hogan believes no deliberate foul play contributed to her father's death, Hulk Hogan's widow Sky Daily seems to believe something went wrong.
Brooke gave her thoughts on the possibility of malpractice contributing to her father's death and what it could mean.
"From what I understand, when it becomes a medical malpractice situation, it's still considered a natural death, right? Like if you die from a complication from surgery, it's not like someone went and stabbed you. It would fall under their medical malpractice case and Sky could have her own autopsy done and say 'hey this indeed happened and I'm going to sue the doctor' but that's not really the police's jurisdiction".Brooke Hogan on potential malpractice
Sky Daily lawsuit

According to a report by TMZ, Daily is planning to file a medical malpractice lawsuit against the doctors who performed his neck surgery this past May. Daily specified that she believes a specific nerve that controls his breathing was damaged.
Sources close to TMZ say the audio of the 911 call Daily made is proof that Hulk Hogan, 71, simply stopped breathing and did not suffer a sudden heart attack.
"My husband's not breathing. He just stopped breathing."Sky Daily to 911
Police were informed about the possibility of Hulk's phrenic nerve being compromised by Hulk's occupational therapist the day he died. Sky conducted her own sleuthing into the possibility of medical malpractice by ordering a private autopsy to be done on the six-time WWF World Champion.

The results of the autopsy have yet to be released by Daily. The Clearwater police department in Florida is also conducting their own probe into the matter despite the medical examiner's office declaring the death as cardiac arrest.
It's possible Daily's potential filing of this lawsuit is an indication that she found incriminating or revealing information from the private autopsy.
