Eagle Rock football breaks into the top ten this week.

After nine weeks of play, here are Scorebook Live California’s week nine LA City Section football rankings.

1. Narbonne – 8-0 vs. Carson

Narbonne beat up Gardena 58-6 Friday. The Gauchos host rival Carson this week.

2. San Pedro – 6-2 vs. Gardena

The Pirates fell to a good Sierra Canyon team 40-7 last week, but stay at two because of their convincing win over Banning two weeks prior.

3. San Fernando – 7-0 at Sylmar

San Fernando beat up Van Nuys 70-0 Friday. Now it's rivalry week.

4. Palisades – 7-1 vs. Hamilton

Palisades handled University on Friday winning 31-0.

5. Banning – 5-4 - BYE

The Pilots go into the bye week on a high after stunning Carson 36-35 last week. Check out the two incredible highlights from the end of that game below.

6. Garfield – 6-2 vs. South Gate

Garfield beat South East 68-0 on Friday. They'll continue their Eastern League campaign this week against South Gate.

7. Birmingham – 3-4 at Taft

Birmingham beat down Chatsworth 62-0 Friday.

8. Crenshaw – 5-2 vs. Dorsey

Crenshaw handled Locke 45-21 ahead of this week's rivalry battle with Dorsey.

9. Reseda – 5-3 at Van Nuys

Reseda made quick work of Panorama winning 41-0 on Friday.

10. Eagle Rock – 5-3 vs. Wilson

Eagle Rock beat rival Franklin 45-38 last week to put themselves in the driver's seat to win the Northern League and earn a top three seed in the Division 1 City playoffs.
