The 2019 Washington high school football season is fast approaching, which means it's time to start looking at the top returning players in the state.
We will release our Top 100 players over the next week, 25 at a time. The Top 100 is not an all-star recruiting list, but combines performance and pedigree. The list spans all classifications and is in alphabetical order.
