OUTLOOK
The Warriors lose the heart and soul of their 2018 squad in graduated running back, Capassio Cherry, who carried the offense last season with over 2,000 yards rushing and 26 touchdowns.
He was able to help the team earn a share of fourth place in the Wesco South division, which placed the Warriors right in the mix after a tough 0-4 start.
This season, they return their all-league linebacker in Ben Grimes, who will command the defense from his middle linebacker position.
Offensively, they get about six starters back from last year’s team, many of whom started in the trenches.
They should be able to compete with league opponents this year, but face a tough challenge coming out on top of a deep division.
