Look: Bishop Gorman football puts on a show in win against Liberty

The Gaels featured a balanced offensive effort in a 49-6 against their rival

LAS VEGAS - Bishop Gorman is on a special kind of roll right now. And with highlights to show for it.

In Thursday's battle of the top two teams in Nevada, the Gaels blew out rival Liberty 49-6 and moved to 5-0.

Micah Alejado threw touchdown passes to Devon Rice and Derek Meadows, and connected with Meadows for a 40-yard double pass touchdown to Elija Lofton. Lofton and Rice each added one rushing touchdown each, as did Micah Kaapana and Myles Norman. Alejado completed two conversions to Audric Harris as well.

Charles Correia and Jett Washington each recorded an interception for Gorman.

Liberty's touchdown was scored by Jayden Robertson, who took a short pass from Tyrese Smith nearly 80 yards to the house.
