Despite controlling possession for much of the first half, Torrey Pines entered the break without anything to show from their dominating first 40 minutes. The Falcons turned things around quickly in the second getting a goal from junior captain Tatum O'Coyne in the 46th minute of the game.

CARMEL VALLEY -- Despite controlling possession for much of the first half, Torrey Pines entered the break without anything to show from their dominating first 40 minutes. The Falcons turned things around quickly in the second getting a goal from junior captain Tatum O'Coyne in the 46th minute of the game. Not long later, senior Megan Keel redirected a sloppy pass from Our Lady of Peace into the back of the net to give the Falcons a 2-0 lead in the 60th minute, which was all they needed. The fourth-seeded Falcons will travel down Del Mar Heights Road to take on top seed Cathedral Catholic in next Tuesday's CIF Open Division semifinal game. Check out the highlights from the game below.
