LUCAS, Texas - Sam Wenaas intercepted a pass in the end zone with 14 seconds left to lift Frisco Liberty to a thrilling 27-24 victory over Lucas Lovejoy in a nationally-televised game Thursday night.

The victory moves Frisco Liberty (9-1, 7-1) into a three-way tie for first place in District 7-5A Division II with Frisco and Lovejoy.

Frisco Liberty quarterback Keldric Luster had another huge game, throwing for 303 yards and two touchdowns and rushing for 102 yards and two more TDs.
