Photos: Galvan brothers lead red-hot Sinton to back-to-back district titles

Sinton (9-1) has won seven straight games heading into the playoffs.

INGLESIDE, Texas - The Sinton Pirates overcame a slow first half and a hoard of penalties to defeat Ingleside 30-13 Friday night and claim back-to-back District 16-4A Division 2 football titles.

Quarterback Rene Galvan had one rushing touchdown and one passing touchdown, and his brother Rylan Galvan scored the final touchdown of the night to put the game out of reach.

Sinton (9-1) has won seven straight games heading into the playoffs.
