Ryan Rizo rushed for two touchdowns and passed for another TD to lead Natalia to a 35-7 win over Taft in a Class 3A bi-district playoff matchup Thursday night.

NATALIA, Texas - Ryan Rizo rushed for two touchdowns and passed for another TD to lead Natalia to a 35-7 win over Taft in a Class 3A bi-district playoff matchup Thursday night.

Rizo, Natalia's senior quarterback, opened the scoring with a short touchdown run in the first quarter, then added a passing TD to Jaieden Burford in the second quarter. In the third quarter Rizo scampered for a 19-yard TD to give Natalia a three-touchdown lead.

The Mustangs move on to face the winner of the Van Vleck vs. Riesel game in the second round of the 3A playoffs.
