Here are the candidates for SBLive’s Georgia high school athlete of the week for Nov. 22-28. Read through the nominees and cast your vote. Ryan Stephens, Collins Hill RB 

Stephens rushed for two touchdowns, including an 80-yard run as the first half came to a close, in the 49-7 win over Lowndes. 

Erin Rodgers, Grayson basketball

Rodgers was named MVP in the Dacula Basketball Tip-Off Classic, scoring 26 points and snatching 15 rebounds in a win over Dacula. 

Kyle Efford, Dacula RB 

Efford rushed for three touchdowns and caught an interception on the ensuing drive following his third score in the 35-0 shutout of Johns Creek. 

Jakarri Martin, Langston Hughes DB 

Martin recovered a fumble and returned it 47 yards for a score in a 48-7 win over Northside-Warner Robins. 

Nyqua Lett, Creekside QB 

Lett sealed the 20-13 win over Whitewater as he rushed for a score in the final minutes of the game. 

Quinn Gooding, Marist RB 

Gooding rushed for two of Marist’s three touchdowns in the 24-21 loss to Benedictine. 

Chrystal Henderson, Kell basketball

Henderson scored 33 points in a 69-60 win over Troup, making her the all-time leading scorer in program history. 

Jack Fabris, North Oconee DB 

Fabris recorded an interception to help prevent Bainbridge from regaining the lead in a 29-24 win. 

Taylen Crosby, Appling County RB 

Crosby’s 42-yard rushing score was called back due to a penalty, so Crosby lined up in the wildcat formation, completed a pass to the 3-yard line and then ran it in himself again on the next play as Appling County beat Thomson 21-7. 

Bryce Bowens, Carver-Atlanta QB 

Bowens threw three touchdown passes and rushed for two scores in a 46-14 win over Burke County. 

R.J. Johnson, Eagle's Landing Christian Academy ATH

Johnson caught two touchdown passes in the 35-28 win over Holy Innocents’.

David Dallas, Trinity Christian QB 

Dallas threw five touchdown passes, including three to his brother Josh, in a 56-7 win over Darlington. 

Ethan Underwood, South Forsyth basketball

Underwood scored 30 points, including six 3-pointers, in a 47-43 win over Kennesaw Mountain. 

Bo Payne, Irwin County ATH

Payne recorded two interceptions in a 28-15 win over Macon County. 

Kaliq Jordan, Metter RB

Jordan scored three touchdowns in a 60-21 win over Turner County as Metter advanced to 13-0 on the season.
