Photos: Wade Kahl supplies 21 points to lead Centennial over River Ridge 58-54 in OT in showdown of top Georgia boys hoop teams

ROSWELL, Ga. — Senior forward Wade Kahl supplied a team-high 21 points to lead host Centennial over River Ridge 58-54 in overtime on Tuesday night in a showdown of top Georgia boys basketball teams.

Centennial (20-3) outscored River Ridge 11-7 in the extra period. Abdulh Diaby and and Mansir Williamson contributed 11 points apiece in the victory.

Senior center Jared Russo had a game-high 28 points for River Ridge (21-4), which despite the loss still claimed the 6A Region 7 league championship with a 13-1 record. David Hansraj added 13 points for River Ridge.

Centennial, which has won six consecutive games, finished second in league play with a 12-2 mark.
