1. Pebblebrook (24-2)
Last week: 1
Pebblebrook won its region championship after beating Campbell and extending its win streak to 17 games.
2. Wheeler (23-4)
Last week: 2
Wheeler defeated Kell to become region champs in a thriller in which the Wildcats had to make a fourth-quarter comeback.
3. Berkmar (22-4)
Last week: 3
Berkmar’s win streak is at 13 games after taking down region rival Norcross for the third time in the Region 7-Class 7A championship game.
4. North Gwinnett (24-3)
Last week: 5
North Gwinnett killed two birds with one stone as it extended its active win streak to 18 games and defeated Collins Hill in the Region 8-7A championship game.
5. Eagle's Landing (23-3)
Last week: 6
Eagle's Landing has dominated Region 4-5A for the last five years, with only two losses to region opponents. The Eagles won yet another region title after taking down Union Grove.
6. Pace Academy (24-4)
Last week: 7
Pace Academy is the Region 6-2A champion after taking down Columbia and ending the regular season with a 8-0 region record and on a 17-game win streak.
7. Newton (21-5)
Last week: 4
Newton lost to Grayson in the Region 4-7A Championship game after having beaten the Rams twice in the regular season.
8. Greenforest (23-4)
Last week: 10
Greenforest went from losing three of its first four games to winning 19 straight and becoming Region 2-A Private champs.
9. St. Pius X Catholic (25-3)
Last week: 11
St. Pius dominated Region 5-5A all season with a 15-1 record and became region champs.
10. Sandy Creek (25-3)
Last week: 12
Sandy Creek ended the regular season and region tournament winning 18 of its last 19 games and defeated Greater Atlanta Christian in the Region 5-3A championship game.
11. Milton (18-7)
Last week: 13
Milton became region champs after taking down Roswell, extending its win streak to 12 games.
12. Columbia (21-3)
Last week: 14
Columbia’s 15-game win streak was snapped by Pace Academy in the Region 6-2A championship.
13. Norcross (21-6)
Last week: 8
Norcross has six losses on the season, and three have come against Berkmar. The Blue Devils had an opportunity to beat Berkmar when it really mattered but weren't able to do so in the Region 7-7A championship game.
14. McDonough (23-2)
Last week: 13
McDonough’s 18-game win streak was snapped in the region championship by Fayette County.
15. Grovetown (24-3)
Last week: 16
Grovetown defeated Evans for the third time this season en route to becoming Region 3-6A champions.
16. Grayson (18-8)
Last week: 22
Grayson pulled off the upset against Newton to become region champs for the fourth straight year in a row.
17. Westlake (19-5)
Last week: 9
Westlake was upset by Tucker in the Region 4-6A championship game after having beaten the Tigers twice in the regular season.
18. Hillgrove (23-2)
Last week: 18
Hillgrove is having a historic year, ending the regular season with its best record ever— and after defeating North Paulding, Hillgrove can add region champs to its list of accomplishments.
19. McEachern (14-9)
Last week: 17
McEachern lost to East Coweta in the first round of the Region 2-7A tournament and will now prepare for Newton in the state tournament.
20. Sequoyoah (22-6)
Last week: unranked
Sequoyah crushed Centennial and then beat River Ridge 60-52 to secure a region championship.
21. River Ridge (22-5)
Last week: 19
River Ridge lost to Sequyoah in the region tournament championship game after beating the Chiefs twice in the regular season.
22. Social Circle (27-0)
Last week: 24
Social Circle followed its undefeated season with a region title and heads into the state tournament full of confidence.
23. Tucker (21-4)
Last week: unranked
Tucker finds its way onto the top 25 for the first time all season. The Tigers were finally able to take down region rival Westlake after losing to the Lions twice in the regular season en route to becoming region champs.
24. Shiloh (21-5)
Last week: unranked
Shiloh ended the regular season on a five-game losing skid, but was able to get things back on track. The Generals defeated Buford to become Region 8-6A champs.
25. Alexander (23-4)
Last week: 21
Alexander was upset by Carrollton in the Region 5-6A tournament.
