Johnson was a force in the opening half of Pioneers' district-opening win

Stillwater posted a shutout win in its District 6AII-1 opener on Sept. 23.

Cameron Johnson, a senior linebacker, helped set the tone for the Pioneers' win against U.S. Grant as he was force all over the field. 

Johnson got in the backfield to force an intentional grounding, which resulted in a safety. He also registered a strip sack that resulted in a scoop and score and even had an interception, returning it for a pick-six. He did all of that in the first half as the Pioneers eventually improved their record to 4-0.
