Northwest high school football rankings: Eagle (Idaho) moves into top 10 (10/18/2023)

Utah's football playoffs start this week

Results in Utah’s hypercompetitive 6A Region 3’s regular-season finales led to churn at the bottom of our Northwest high school football rankings.

No. 7 American Fork escaped with a 34-27 victory over Skyridge, while Lehi’s 35-28 victory over Pleasant Ridge knocked the Vikings out. Eagle, which has been Idaho’s top team all season, returns to the Top 10, while Lehi moves to the honorable mention list.
