The class of 2024 rankings in Oregon are pretty straight-forward at the top.

North Medford's A.J. Pugliano and Lakeridge's Joey Olsen are two of the best tight ends in the country and sit at the top of the list.

After that?

Several athletes are vying for the No. 3 spot, but the early leader is clearly Clackamas offensive lineman Devin Brooks, who has amassed offers from Arizona, Arizona State, California, Miami, Oregon, Oregon State, Washington, Washington State and others.

The 6-foot-4, 290-pound athlete, rated the nation's No. 15 interior offensive lineman, has had an interesting spring.

Brooks has attended events where he's been among the best players in attendance and gone to others where he faced some of the top recruits in the country.

That immersion has improved his game and allowed college coaches to get a good feel for what he could become as a prospect.

This week, he joined SBLive Sports Director of Recruiting Andrew Nemec to discuss his spring, where his recruitment sits and what he expects out of his junior season this fall.
