Vista’s Taurus Samuels led all scorers with 20 points as the Panthers beat Poway 58-54 in a game at Vista.”

Samuels’ points came on 6 field goals and 8 of 9 free throws during the game.

Poway was led by Player 2’s 18 points and Player 5 added 14. Poway fell to 0-1 overall while Vista improved their record to 2-0.
