St. John Bosco edges Orange Lutheran 69-66

St. John Bosco’s Makani Whiteside led all scorers with 22 points as the Braves beat Orange Lutheran 69-66 in a game at Bosco.”

Whiteside’s points came on 2 field goals, 3 three pointers and 9 of 18 free throws during the game.

Orange Lutheran was led by Chris Williams’ 33 points and Joshua Griffin added 18. Orange Lutheran fell to 11-12 overall while St. John Bosco improved their record to 1-1.

Orange Lutheran’s next game is scheduled to be played at Cerritos College on Saturday Jan. 28 at 7:00pm versus Sheldon.
