La Jolla edges Torrey Pines 69-66

La Jolla’s Reed Farley led all scorers with 38 points as the Vikings beat Torrey Pines 69-66 in a game at Grossmont High School.”

Farley’s points came on 3 field goals, 8 three pointers and 8 of 8 free throws during the game.

Torrey Pines was led by Ethan Esposito’s 16 points and Jake Gilliam added 15. Torrey Pines fell to 6-2 overall while La Jolla improved their record to 1-0.

Torrey Pines’ next game is scheduled to be played at on Friday Dec. 23 at 7:30pm versus Grossmont.
