Animo South crushes Hawkins 68-43

Animo South’s Olumayowa Akinsanya led all scorers with 21 points as the beat Hawkins 68-43 in a game at Plugin Campus.”

Akinsanya’s points came on 8 field goals and 5 of 10 free throws during the game.

Hawkins was led by Wayne Johnson’s 11 points and Austin Rose added 11. Hawkins fell to 1-3 overall while Animo South improved their record to 1-0.

Hawkins’ next game is scheduled to be played at San Pedro HS on Thursday Dec. 29 at 8:47am versus San Pedro.
