St. Augustine Saints edge Mira Costa Mustangs 55-51 in California high school basketball game

St. Augustine Center Jurian Dixon led all scorers with 23 points as the Saints beat Mira Costa Mustangs 55-51 in a game at @ Torrey Pines HS.

Dixon’s points came on 4 field goals, 2 three pointers and 9 of 11 free throws during the game.

Cole Slusser added 15. Mira Costa fell to 12-3 overall while St. Augustine improved their record to 9-5.

Mira Costa’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Tuesday Jan. 4 versus Culver City. St. Augustine will host Madison on Tuesday Jan. 4
