Monterey Trail edges Pleasant Grove 17 69-66

Monterey Trail’s Isiah Tolbert led all scorers with 16 points as the Mustangs beat Pleasant Grove 17 69-66 in a game at Pleasant Grove.”

Tolbert’s points came on 4 field goals, 2 three pointers and 2 of 4 free throws during the game.

Pleasant Grove 17 was led by A Dhillon’s 20 points and G Singh added 14. Pleasant Grove 17 fell to 0-1 overall while Monterey Trail improved their record to 1-0.

Monterey Trail will host Turlock on Saturday Jan. 28 at 5:00pm.
