Corona Centennial’s Gio Nelson led all scorers with 21 points as the Huskies beat Jw North Huskies 73-57 in a game at Corona High School.”

Nelson’s points came on 7 field goals, 1 three pointer and 4 of 4 free throws during the game.

Jw North Huskies was led by M. Walker’s 24 points and M. Westlake added 12. Jw North Huskies fell to 0-1 overall while Corona Centennial improved their record to 13-4.

Corona Centennial will host Eastvale Roosevelt on Tuesday Jan. 10 at 6:15pm.
