Foothills Christian’s Jordan Van Ommering led all scorers with 20 points as the Knights beat Santa Fe Christian 68-61 in a game at Cuyamaca College.”

Van Ommering’s points came on 2 field goals, 4 three pointers and 4 of 4 free throws during the game.

Santa Fe Christian was led by Owen Aschieris’ 17 points and Demitri Washington added 12. Santa Fe Christian fell to 0-0 overall while Foothills Christian improved their record to 5-1.
