Vista’s Taurus Samuels led all scorers with 19 points as the Panthers beat Mission Hills 70-63 in a game at Vista High School.”

Samuels’ points came on 3 field goals, 2 three pointers and 7 of 8 free throws during the game.

Mission Hills was led by C Wager’s 21 points and W Washington added 18. Mission Hills fell to 1-2 overall while Vista improved their record to 16-2.

Vista will travel to Torrey Pines High School on Tuesday Feb. 28 at 6:58pm to play Torrey Pines.
