Mater Dei Monarchs beat Servite Friars 83-68 in California high school basketball game

Mater Dei Guard Devin Askew led all scorers with 25 points as the Monarchs beat Servite Friars 83-68 in a game at Servite HS.

Askew’s points came on 1 field goal, 7 three pointers and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Tajavis Miller added 19. Servite fell to 12-5 overall while Mater Dei improved their record to 15-2.

Servite’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Saturday Jan. 11 at 5:30pm versus Glendora. Mater Dei will host Santa Margarita on Wednesday Jan. 15 at 7:00pm.
