Mater Dei Monarchs edges Servite Friars 64-59 in California high school basketball game

Mater Dei Guard Devin Askew led the way with 19 points as the Monarchs beat Servite Friars 64-59 in a game at Mater Dei HS.

Askew’s points came on 5 field goals and 9 of 12 free throws during the game.

Mater Dei will host Whitney Young on Saturday Feb. 1 at 7:30pm.
