Maranatha Christian edges San Diego 66-62

Maranatha Christian’s M Boetther led all scorers with 20 points as the Eagles beat San Diego 66-62 in a game at El Capitan High School.”

Boetther’s points came on 4 field goals, 3 three pointers and 3 of 4 free throws during the game.

San Diego was led by Thomas Marcus ‘s 16 points and AJ Burgin added 14. San Diego fell to 3-3 overall while Maranatha Christian improved their record to 0-0.

San Diego’s next game is scheduled to be played at Olympian High School on Friday Dec. 22 at 10:30am versus Mount Miguel.
