Archbishop Mitty Monarchs crushes Foothills Christian Knights 79-58 in California high school basketball game

Archbishop Mitty Guard Michael Mitchell led all scorers with 18 points as the Monarchs beat Foothills Christian Knights 79-58 in a game at Torrey Pines.

Mitchell’s points came on 3 field goals and 4 three pointers during the game.

Derrien Carter Hollinger added 11. Foothills Christian fell to 6-4 overall while Archbishop Mitty improved their record to 10-1.

Foothills Christian’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 3 at 7:00pm versus Santa Fe Christian. Archbishop Mitty will travel to on Saturday Jan. 4 at 6:30pm to play Saint Francis.
