Torrey Pines’ Bryce Pope led all scorers with 35 points as the Falcons beat Vista 69-66 in a game at North County Classic/Vista High School .”

Pope’s points came on 12 field goals, 1 three pointer and 8 of 10 free throws during the game.

Vista was led by Taurus Samuels’ 20 points and Shane Coats added 10. Vista fell to 7-2 overall while Torrey Pines improved their record to 9-0.

Vista’s next game is scheduled to be played at The Classic at Damian on Tuesday Dec. 26 at 4:00pm versus Long Beach Poly. Torrey Pines will travel to San Marcos on Saturday Dec. 16 at 6:30pm to play San Marcos.
