Torrey Pines’ Bryce Pope led all scorers with 35 points as the Falcons beat Vista 69-66 in a game at Vista High.”

Pope’s points came on 11 field goals, 1 three pointer and 10 of 12 free throws during the game.

Vista was led by Taurus Samuels’ 18 points and Isaiah Morris added 11. Vista fell to 7-1 overall while Torrey Pines improved their record to 9-0.

Vista’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Dec. 15 at 7:30pm versus Torrey Pines. Torrey Pines will host St. Augustine on Tuesday Dec. 26 at 7:30pm.
