St. Augustine Saints edges Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders 65-60 in California high school basketball game

St. Augustine Wing Chibuzo Agbo led the way with 16 points as the Saints beat Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders 65-60 in a game at San Diego, CA.

Agbo’s points came on 1 three pointer and 13 of 17 free throws during the game.

Melo Sanchez added 25. Mater Dei Catholic fell to 21-6 overall while St. Augustine improved their record to 24-5.

St. Augustine will host Torrey Pines on Wednesday Feb. 26 at 7:00pm.
