Torrey Pines’ Michael Pope led all scorers with 27 points as the Falcons beat Vista Panthers 68-54 in a game at Torrey Pines High School.

Pope’s points came on 4 field goals, 5 three pointers and 4 of 4 free throws during the game.

Makiah Morris added 16. Vista fell to 10-7 overall while Torrey Pines improved their record to 5-0.

Vista’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Tuesday Jan. 8 at 7:00pm versus San Dieguito Academy. Torrey Pines will host Carlsbad on Wednesday Jan. 9 at 7:00pm.
