Torrey Pines Falcons edges St. Augustine Saints 73-68 in California high school basketball game

Torrey Pines’ Brandon Angel led the way with 20 points as the Falcons beat St. Augustine Saints 73-68 in a game.

Angel’s points came on 3 field goals, 3 three pointers and 5 of 6 free throws during the game.

Chibuzo Agbo added 20. St. Augustine fell to 11-4 overall while Torrey Pines improved their record to 5-0.

St. Augustine’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Thursday Jan. 3 at 5:15pm versus Christian. Torrey Pines will travel to Torrey Pines High School on Friday Jan. 4 at 7:00pm to play Vista.
