Mater Dei Forward Harrison Hornery led all scorers with 25 points as the Monarchs beat Santa Margarita Eagles 59-40 in a game at Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.

Hornery’s points came on 6 field goals, 3 three pointers and 4 of 4 free throws during the game.

Kyle Evans added 8. Santa Margarita fell to 11-5 overall while Mater Dei improved their record to 26-0.

Santa Margarita’s next game is scheduled to be played at Servite on Thursday May. 20 versus Servite. Mater Dei will travel to on Thursday May. 20 to play St. John Bosco.
